If customers repeatedly ask which package they need, your website may need a clearer comparison. Package names alone rarely explain what changes between two services.

Compare what customers actually need

For example, someone comparing packages from a Chennai photography business may want to understand coverage hours, deliverables, editing and delivery time. Decorative labels cannot answer those questions.

Choose a few meaningful comparison points. Use the same categories, order and units for every option. If one package lists hours and another says “extended coverage,” explain the actual arrangement.

Make inclusions and extras clear

Separate included work from optional extras. Place additional charges and important exclusions beside the relevant feature, so customers can understand the difference without searching another page.

Explain who each option suits using genuine differences in your service. The most expensive package is not automatically the right choice for every customer.

Group shared inclusions together, then highlight the differences that matter. A long table of identical features can make the decision harder.

Explain how quotations work

If prices depend on the job, say what affects the quotation. Scope, location or materials might matter—but include only factors your business actually uses.

Give each option a clear next step, such as viewing its full scope or requesting a suitable quotation.

Use AI to check clarity

Ask an AI tool:

“Review this package comparison. Flag inconsistent units, unexplained terms, unclear extras and unanswered customer questions. Do not invent features, prices or promises.”

Review its suggestions against your real services before making changes.

Test before publishing

Check the comparison on a phone. Customers should be able to tell which details belong to each package while scrolling.

Then ask someone unfamiliar with your services to explain the difference in their own words. If they cannot, simplify the descriptions before adding more design elements.

Start with one improvement today: replace a vague package feature with a specific, accurate explanation.
